Each year the Awards gather industry professionals together to recognise best practice and innovation in customer service across Australia.

Need more or less than 10 seats?
For organisations that do not purchase full tables of 10, attendees will be seated with your colleagues alongside attendees from other organisations. This is a great opportunity to network with like-minded people.
If your organisation's attendees do not add up to multiples of 10, you can book additional colleagues in by purchasing additional individual tickets. For example, for 15 attendees, book a table of 10 and 5 individual tickets. We will do our best to ensure all organisation representatives are seated close together.
