This program recognises your leadership experience or CSIA qualifications with a formal accreditation by VETASSESS and is aimed at any leaders in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Service Management or Customer Experience (CX) roles.


How does it work?

  • Submit a simple application and provide VETASSESS either evidence of one or more years leadership experience AND your CSIA qualification.
  • VETASSESS will validate your credentials and provide your accreditation.

  • Being accredited formally recognises your experience and expertise as a customer service leader.
  • The accredited badge acts as a visual emblem of certification like academic qualifications but will offer more than proof of certification. It will make your career stand out and will grant an edge in a competitive job market - it acts as a point to certify micro-credentials that build power skills and customer service leadership skills desired by employers.
  • The digital badge provides a shareable, easily verifiable proof of industry-specific skills within the sphere of Customer Service. They have embedded metadata that provide richer validation of qualifications and contain shareable information about the badge issuer, receiver, criteria for issuing, issue date, expiration date, standards adhered to and evidence of achievement. They are able to be verified online in real-time and shared on multiple online professional platforms for employers, hiring managers, peers and others to see.
  • The co-issuing body, VETASSESS is Australia's leading vocational education and training (VET) skills assessment provider for both migration and national skills recognition.
  • VETASSESS is also the government-authorised assessing authority responsible for assessing a wide variety of Customer Service-related occupations for well over a decade, including Customer Service Managers, Retail Managers, Contact Centre Managers and Hotel and Hospitality related occupations.

The badge brings a level of trusted, verifiable, digital proof of your skills and expertise.

What's the process to apply?

  1. Complete our online application
  2. Provide proof of your identity
  3. Provide a statement of service from your current employer AND a copy of your CSIA certificate
  4. Confirm you've read our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
  5. Submit your application

What happens next?

  • Your application will be assessed by VETASSESS and in some cases they may contact you for further information.
  • Upon a successful assessment, VETASSESS will approve and advise you of your accreditation.

What's the assessment criteria?

  • Evidence of one or more years leadership experience within a customer service sector.

AND

  • Evidence of ONE of the below CSIA qualifications:
  1. Certified Customer Service Leader (CCSL)
  2. Certified Services Sales Leader (CSSL)
  3. Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  4. Certified Customer Service Trainer (CCST)
  5. Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM)
